When you subscribe to Alma Services you agree to the following product descriptions and use instructions. See also general terms & conditions at the bottom of this page.
You may cancel Alma Services at any time on this page in the Alma Members' portal, and your subscription will continue to the end of the calendar month.

EXPERIENCES

1 free storage crate
1 Pick up a crate in one of the marked Servicepoints.
2 Create/login to account at Vinden (use Go link above).
3 Register as Alma Services / Last Meter® customer, add crate to your account.
4 Request free collection at Vinden.
5 Leave your crate at the marked Servicepoint near the entrance to Alma for collection, clearly marked with your details. Alma will support handover.
6 Check status online anytime at Vinden, storage is free.
7 Request return when required, pay return fee at Vinden.
8 Add and pay for extra crates at Vinden.

free tech-support quick chats
1 Click Go link above to go to TechBuddy's web or app.
2 Start chat with technician. After about five minutes of free chat support in an individual session, TechBuddy will request that you buy a support package. Register as Alma Services / Last Meter customer.
3 Use again as you need.

1 free personal care product with refills
1 Check the care personal and office care products available at an act of caring's website (use Go link above).
2 Request your starter bottle of the relevant product from Alma reception.
3 Replace empty bottles for recycling at the marked Servicepoint near the entrance, and request a new refill from Alma reception.

free morning espresso/cappuccino
1 Ask for your morning espresso/cappuccino at the Alma bar before 11am, mention Alma Services / Last Meter.

free deliveries from partners
1 Click Go link to explore partners and go to their website. Order and request free delivery mentioning Alma Services or Last Meter.
2 Alma Reception will handle incoming delivery.
3 Leave any returnable packaging in any Servicepoint.

1 Pick up a laundry bag in one of the marked Servicepoints.
2 Click Go link above to go to Washaway's web or app.
3 Register with the same email you use for Alma Members app/web and pay for a bag of laundry. Your account will have monthly free delivery cost supplied free.
4 Leave your laundry bag at the marked Servicepoint near the entrance to Alma for collection, clearly marked with your details. Alma will support handover.
5 Check status online anytime at Washaway.
6 Add and pay for washing services at Washaway.

free advanced logistics support
after-hours drop
Request after hours (8pm-12pm) drop from your supplier. They will request delivery support from Alma to faciilitate delivery when the reception is locked, even if you are absent.
improved delivery storage + support
Alma Services enables storage by Alma Reception longer than three days, up to three months. Alma Services also includes occasional additional support, including repackaging, forwarding, and more. Request help at reception.
chilled storage
Alma Services supports chilled storage (which may be away from Alma Reception). You or your service provider just needs to request it on delivery.

ALMA SERVICES GENERAL TERMS
1.
Alma Services is a subscription brokerage and facilitation service supplied to Alma and its Members by BASE2 Data + Design, through the Last Meter® platform and Cambric brokerage model, in collaboration with Alma.
2.
Alma and BASE2 are not providers of the services listed above, except where specifically identified, and have no liability for third party services.
3.
Where a service is not performed as described, or is otherwise unsatisfactory, Alma Services users should contact the service parnter in question, contact Alma staff at reception for additional support, and send additional questions to services@thisisalma.com.
4.
Alma and BASE2 will make best effort to remedy any shortfall in service provsion, and where this is not possible, the service parnter will be removed from the service bundles and replaced.
5.
Refunds are not possible via Alma Services. You may cancel Alma Services at any time on this page in the Alma Members' portal, and your subscription will continue to the end of the calendar month.

Alma Services is in beta development, and content may change at any time without notice. Refer to the Alma Services page in the Alma Members' app and web portal for the current list of partners and services.

Prices may change from time to time, and these will be notified to users by email in advance.
